摘要
目的:对河南济源产冬凌草的化学成分进行研究。方法:运用多种层析手段进行分离纯化,通过波谱解析和理化鉴别进行结构鉴定。结果:分离鉴定了11个化合物,分别为:5,4′-二羟基-6,7,8,3′-四甲氧基黄酮(1),冬凌草乙素(2),rabdokaurin C(3),lasiokaurinol(4),冬凌草甲素(5),lasiodonin(6),香草酸(7),原儿茶醛(8),阿魏酸(9),咖啡酸(10),槲皮素(11)。结论:化合物3、4为首次从冬凌草中分得,化合物1、7、8为首次从香茶菜属中分得。
AIM: To study the chemical constituents of Rabdosia rubescens [ Hemsl, ] Hara. METHODS: The chemical constituents were isolated by various chromatographic methods, and the chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis. RESULTS: Eleven compounds were obtained and their structures were identified as 5,4'-dihydroxy-6, 7, 8, 3'-tetramethoxyflavone (1), ponicidin (2), rabdokaurin C (3), lasiokaurinol (4), oridonin (5), lasiodonin (6), vaniUic acid (7), protocatechuic aldehyde (8), fendic acid (9), caffeic acid (10), quercetin (11). CONCLUSION: Compounds 3 and 4 were isolated from Rabdosia rubescens [ Hemsl. ] Hara for the first time and compounds 1, 7 and 8 have been isolated from this genus for the first time.
