大孔树脂脱除冬凌草提取物中色素的工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探索大孔树脂脱除冬凌草提取物中色素的可行工艺。方法:以冬凌草中叶绿素的含量为指标,采用静态吸附-解吸和动态吸附-解吸实验,对5种树脂的脱色效果、脱色条件、树脂再生方法进行比较和筛选。结果:确定HZ-803为脱色用树脂,乙酸乙酯作为洗脱剂。在吸附流速为3 BV.h-1,解吸流速为5 BV.h-1,脱色率可达90%,经过15次循环使用,脱色率仍在70%以上。结论:HZ-803大孔吸附树脂对冬凌草提取物中色素具有良好的吸附和解吸性能。 Objective:A feasibility process was studied to separate chlorophyll from the extract of Rabdosia rubescens by macroporous resins.Methods:5 types of macroporous resins were compared with the absorption and desorption properties as decolorants for the elimination of chlorophyll by effects and conditions of decolorization and regeneration of resins.Results:Macroporous resin HZ-803 was selected from 5 types of ones by comparing the absorption and desorption properties as a decolorant for the elimination of chlorophyll,ethyl acetate as for eluent.The optimization of process conditions was studied with absorption flow rate 3 BV·h-1;desorption flow rate 5 BV·h-1;decolorization ratio for once was 90%;after 15 circulations the decolorization ratio was still above 70%.Conclusion:Macroporous resin HZ-803 was selected for the superperformance of the absorption and desorption properties as a decolorant for the separatation of chlorophyll from Rabdosia rubescens.
