摘要
目的:探讨鼻腔解剖异常对鼻内镜手术预后的影响。方法:对62例鼻窦炎、鼻息肉并伴鼻中隔偏曲及中、下鼻甲肥大患者随机分为治疗组和对照组进行鼻内镜手术,治疗组32例作鼻内镜手术同期行中下鼻甲部分切除或鼻中隔偏曲矫正术;对照组30例单纯作鼻内镜手术,采用鼻内镜进行随访对比观察。结果:随访6个月以上,治疗组有效率86.0%,高于对照组56.6%(P<0.05);62例并发鼻腔粘连8例,窦腔粘连12例,窦口粘连8例,其中治疗组6例,对照组22例。结论:鼻腔解剖变异对鼻内镜手术预后影响较大。
Objective： To investigate the effects of anatomical variation of nasal cavity on prognosis of endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods：Sixty-two patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps with the anatomical variation of middle and inferior turbinate and deviation of nasal septum were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery （ESS）. Among these patients, 32 were selected randomly to undergo the treatment of the anatomical variation of middle and inferior turbinate and nasal septum during the operation （rectification group） while other 30 patients （control group） underwent only the simple endoscopic surgery. Results：The patients were followed up for 6 months postoperatively. The curative effect in the rectification group was better than that in the control group. The recurrence rate in the control group increased significantly compared with the rectification group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions ： The anatomical variation of nasal cavity affects the prognosis of ESS obviously.
