摘要通过对知识联盟中知识转移和知识创造过程的分析,构造了一个知识联盟的动态博弈模型,分析了其吸收能力和知识透明程度对参与组织决策和利润的重要作用。 Based on the Analyses of the process of knowledge transfer and creation in knowledge alliance, this paper gives a dynamic game model of knowledge alliance; the influence of absorptive capability and transparency of knowledge on the decision of participators is analyzed. Future study about the issue is given in the last.
