摘要 不同的技术差异水平影响了组织间的开放程度和吸收能力,从而影响了组织间学习的效率。本文在同时考虑组织间的开放程度和吸收能力对组织间学习过程的影响的基础之上,通过对不同技术差异条件下组织间学习过程特征的分析,建立了相关的博弈模型。该模型揭示了企业间技术差异、开放程度、吸收能力与企业努力水平和企业收益之间的关系。 The level of inter-organizational technological difference affects firms' transparency level and absorptive capacity in the process of inter-organizational learning, which affect the efficiency of inter-organizational learning. In this paper, we analyze the characteristic of inter-organizational learning in various technological differences by considering the effect of firms' transparency level and absorptive capacity on the process, and establish a new game model. This model can illustrate the relationships between inter-organizational technological difference, transparency level, absorptive capacity and firms' investment and profit.
