摘要
目的 探讨行腰穿脑脊液置换疗法对蛛网膜下腔出血的疗效.方法 选择无外伤史、肝肾病史及血液病史,经头颅CT有蛛网膜下腔出血患者50例,随机分两组,观察组25例,行腰穿脑脊液置换疗法治疗,对照组25例,进行疗效观察.结果 观察组发生并发症明显低于对照组（P＜0.01）.结论 腰穿脑脊液置换疗法治疗蛛网膜下腔出血有效.

Methods Choose not to have traumatic history, liver kidney medical history and blood medical history, is have 50 for patient of a of bleeding under spider＇s omentums by the head CT, assign two group at random, observe 25 of group, competent waist wear cerebrospinal fluid （CSF） replace treatment treatment, 25 control groups, carry on curative effect to observe. Results It is obviously lower than the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ） to observe the group. Conclusion Waist wear cerebrospinal fluid （CSF） replace treatment treat spider of bleeding effective under the omentum.
