介绍了产品需求预测的概念,并比较了不同的产品需求预测方法的特点。以某电视机厂为例,利用各种预测模型,对该电视机厂2001年和2003年的产品销售量进行了模型预测,详细说明了组合预测的基本原理和建模步骤,给出了模型的实际应用效果,与实际销售量进行了比较。
The concept of the product demand-forecasting is introduced and different methods of product demand-forecasting are compared. Taking a television plant for example, various predict models are used for forecasting the sales volume of product of the TV plant from the year of 2001 and 2003, compared with the actual sales volume. Then, the basic theory and the steps of establishing combined forecasting model are introduced in detail. Finally, the practical effects according to the scientific research item are given.
