摘要
介绍了系统仿真以及Flexsim系统仿真软件的特点,针对汽车转向器生产流程,应用Flexsim系统仿真软件进行建模仿真,运行仿真模型,找出了生产流程中的"瓶颈",为企业调整生产线平衡提供了科学的决策依据。
The fundamental concepts of system simulation and the characteristics of simulation software Flexsim are introduced. Aim at the manufacturing process of automobile redirectors, employs simulation software Flexsim to model and simulate the product flow. The ＂bottleneck＂ is found in the manufacture process by running the simulating model, As a result, the scientific evidence for decision - making can been obtained for adjusting the balance of the product line.
