摘要
用香料加工酿造而成的具有独特香味、能对人体产生良好效果的酒即为香酒。本文在分析历史文献资料的基础上,介绍了酿造香酒的香料原料与香酒的加工方式,研究了香酒在中国古代加工的起源与进程,探讨了古人利用香酒的目的。
The spice, fermented or incensed with the wine, could be used to manufacture the aromatic wine that has the special flavor and good effect on human body. The paper was based on analyzing the history documents, introducing the nature spice which could be used to produce the aromatic wine and the manufacture methods of aromatic wine, investigating the origin and history development of aromatic wine, finally, discussing the intention of utilizing the aromatic wine in ancient China. Some findings could provide some useful information to the modern perfuming industry.
