摘要
论述了我国大容量超超临界机组技术以及大容量直接空冷机组技术的现状和发展趋势。通过对国内大型汽轮机制造厂1000MW超超临界汽轮机和600MW空冷汽轮机型式和特点的分析,提出了1000MW超超临界空冷汽轮机可由1000MW超超临界汽轮机的高中压缸模块及600MW二缸二排汽空冷汽轮机低压缸模块组合而成,并对其经济性进行了论述,同时提出了1000MW超超临界空冷机组设计时应考虑及需进一步研究的问题。
The status quo and development trend for the technologies of large capacity ultra-supercritical unit and air cooling unit were introduced. Based on the type and characteristic analysis of 1 000 MW domestic ultra-supercritical turbine and 600 MW turbine with air cooling condenser ( ACC ), the idea was proposed that 1 000 MW uhra-supercritical turbine with ACC can be composed of HP and IP casing modules of 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical turbine and LP casing module of 600 MW two-cylinder-and-two-flow turbine with ACC, in addition, the economy was discussed. The problems to be considered and further studied during the design of 1 000 MW ultrasupercritical unit with ACC were put forward.
