摘要
[目的]探讨职业紧张对火车司机血清中白细胞介素-6水平的影响。[方法]采用随机抽样方法抽取某铁路局的火车司机208人为调查对象,使用职业紧张因素量表(OSI)中的职业紧张来源部分对其职业紧张状况进行调查,采用放射免疫法分析血清中IL-6浓度。[结果]火车司机血清中IL-6的浓度为(125.17±49.81)pg/ml,95%的可信限为119.15~131.18pg/ml。以血清中的IL-6浓度为应变量进行逐步回归分析(α入=0.10,α出=0.15),来源于人际关系、职务特征的职业紧张因素进入了回归方程。方差分析结果显示,来源于人际关系和职务特征的职业紧张因素评分组间血清IL-6浓度差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。火车司机血清中的IL-6浓度与年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度等因素无关。[结论]职业紧张对火车司机血清中IL-6浓度的升高有一定影响。
[ Objective] To explore the effects of occupational stress on interleukin-6 level of locomotive engineers. [ Methods]208 locomotive engineers in railway station were investigated for occupational stress status by questionnaires (OS-Ⅰ) . Serum interleukin-6 concentration was measured by radio-immune-assay. [ Flesults] Serum interleukin-6 concentration of locomotive engineers was (125.17 4± 49.81) pg/ml with 95% confidence interval (CI) of 119.15-131.18 pg/ml. Stepwise regression analysis (αin= 0.10,αout= 0.15) showed that occupational stressors from social relation and professional features were the significant predictors of serum 1L-6 level. ANOVA revealed that the level of IL-6 in the serum of the subjects with higher scores of occupational stressors was not higher (P〉 0.05) . Serum IL-6 level of locomotive engineers didn't relate to age, marital status and education. [Conclusion] Occupational stress may result in the increase of serum IL-6 level of locomotive engineers.
