摘要
如何对公路建设的环境友好性进行综合评价,从而改进公路项目环境管理,促进其建设的可持续性发展,是一个非常重要问题.本文根据属性数学理论,建立了公路环境的变权评价与识别模型,该模型具有排序功能,实现了对公路环境有效识别和更细微的区分,使得评价方法更加实用、客观科学.最后对天津市公路环境进行了实例说明,验证了该模型的合理性,为公路环境评价和治理提供了一种新方法.
Environment impact evaluation is very important for highway construction management and sustainability. The quality of evaluation is affected mostly by the method and index weight in the synthetic assessment system. A method based on attribute math is given out in this paper. The processes of evaluation and index weight calculation have been explained also. According to the Attribute mathematical method, evaluation can be carry on easily while little information has been lost in whole process. An example has been shown to explain how to apply attribute mathematical model to determine the varying Index weight in the synthetic evaluation on environmental impact affected by highway. This method is more reasonable and reliable compare with other evaluation methods.
