摘要
目的探讨过量摄入维生素A(VA)、锌(Zn)对雌性大鼠腺垂体细胞超微结构的影响。方法健康成年SD雌性大鼠72只,随机分6组,每组12只,即对照组(A组)、Zn实验组(B组)、VA实验组(C组)、联合实验Ⅰ组(VA低剂量+Zn)、联合实验Ⅱ组(VA中剂量+Zn)、联合实验Ⅲ组(VA高剂量+Zn)。均每d经口灌胃给予受试物,连续30d。透射电子显微镜观察腺垂体超微结构。结果B、C组主要是以细胞器损伤为主,线粒体肿胀,内质网扩张,染色质边集,核固缩等;联合实验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组兼有细胞器损伤和细胞整体形态改变,且损伤较为严重,细胞体积固缩,坏死细胞多,细胞间有空泡且细胞之间较为疏散。结论过量摄入维生素A和/或锌会对雌性大鼠腺垂体细胞超微结构造成损伤。
Objective To investigate the effect of excessive vitamin A and zinc intake on the anterior piuritary ultrastructure of female rats. Methods Female rats of sexual maturation were radomly divided into six groups( 12 in each goup), viz, one normal control group (group A),zinc group (group B), VA group (goup C), VA(lose dose) + Zn group(group Ⅰ), VA (middle dose) + Zn group (group Ⅱ )and VA(high dose) + Zn group(group Ⅲ ). VA or Zn was dissolved in deionized water and daily given to animals by lavaging for 30 days. With TEM to observe anterior pituitary ultrastructure of female rats. Resalts The changes of A and B groups were the injury of organelles configuration: swelling of mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulm expansion, the gathering of chromatin and nuclear condensation; The changes of the cells and organclles configuration were observed in Ⅰ Ⅱ and Ⅲ groups. The changes were more serious than A and B groups, the shrinkage cells and necrotic cells were observed. Conclusion Excessive vitammin A and zinc intake can damage the anterior pituitary ultrastructure of female rats.
