摘要
用热重法研究了纳水TiO2含量不同的聚酰亚胺(PI)/TiO2复合材料热分解动力学,采用Freeman-Carroll法和最大速率法处理并计算了热分解动力学参数:活化能E、反应级数n、频率因子;并考察了其250℃和400℃热失重。结果表明:纳米TiO2质量分数为20%时,复合材料的耐热性能最好。
The dynamics of thermal degradation of PI/TiO2 composite with different content of nano-meter TiO2 were studied by means of dynamic thermogravimetry. The kinetic coefficients of the thermal degradation of the composite, such as E, n and f, were calculated and compared by means of Freeman-Carroll and maximum velocity treatment methods; the mass changes of PI/TiO2 film at 250 ℃ and 400 ℃ investigated. The results showed the composite had the best thermal behavior when the content of nano-meter TiO2 was 20%.
