摘要
在无机微粒表面接枝有机高聚物 ,制备出新一代复合材料 ,在许多行业具有极为广泛的用途。文章介绍了无机微粒滑石粉 /PMMA接枝物的合成和表征 ,探讨了引发剂的质量分数、单体及滑石粉的质量分数以及反应温度等对 PMMA在滑石粉表面接枝率和接枝效率的影响。红外光谱分析表明 ,在接枝滑石粉表面存在着 PMMA。
New compound materials prepared by surface grafting of polymers onto inorganic microparticles have been applied widely in many trades. The synthesis and characterization of Talc/PMMA graft copolymer are the main topic of the paper. The effects of initiator concentration, the monemor content, the talc content and reaction temperature on percentage of grafting and efficiency of grafting were discussed. The analysis of FT-IR showed the presence of some PMMA on the talc surface.
