摘要
高校发展定位是每一所欠发达地区高校发展中面临的主要问题,也是我国高等教育改革迫切需要解决的问题。以吉首大学为例,揭示欠发达地区高校在发展过程中面临的主要矛盾,分析影响欠发达地区高校个性化发展定位的主要因素,在此基础上提出通过合理定位实现欠发达地区高校个性化发展的有效途径。
Development orientation is the primal problem of the colleges and universities in underdeveloped areas, as well of the higher education reform. The paper, taking Jishou University as an example, exposes the principal contradiction that the colleges and universities in underdeveloped areas are faceing, and analyzes the main factors which influence the specialized development orientation. And finally it puts forward some effective ways of specialized development for the colleges and universities in underdeveloped areas through rational and proper orientating.
