摘要
目的:探讨原发性结肠黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤的临床特点。方法:对1例结肠黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤患者的临床资料进行分析,并复习相关文献。结果:结肠黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤的临床表现无特异性,极易引起误诊,本例患者误诊为结肠癌。结论:原发性结肠黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤的临床表现不典型,在临床实践中应引起我们的重视。
Objective：To explore the clinical features of primary colon mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma （CMALTL）. Methods ：The clinical datum of one case of primary CMALTL was analyzed and the related literature was reviewed. Results：The clinical manifestation of primary CMALTL was unfeatured, and it could be misdiagnosed. The case was misdiagnosed to colon cancer. Conclusion ： The clinical manifestation of primary CMALTL is not typical. We should attach an importance to the diagnosis and treatment of primary colon MALTL.
