摘要
目的:观察丹皮多糖-2b(CMP-2b)对大鼠早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的作用。方法:采用腹腔注射完全弗氏佐剂(CFA)和链脲佐菌素(STZ)的方法复制DN模型,观察CMP-2b对DN大鼠肾重/体重比、肾小球滤过率(GFR)、尿微量白蛋白(MALB)、α1-微球蛋白(α1-MG)、尿N-乙酰--βD氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)及肾脏超微结构的影响。结果:CMP-2b能降低DN大鼠肾重/体重比及GFR,减少尿MALB、α1-MG及NAG含量,改善DN大鼠肾脏病理变化。结论:CMP-2b对大鼠早期DN有治疗作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Cortex Moutan polysaccharide-2b (CMP-2b) on early diabetic nephropathy(DN) in rats. Methods:The rat model of DN was induced by injecting complete freunds adjuvant(CFA) and streptozotocin(STZ) intraperitoneally. The ratio of kidney weight to body weight, the glomerular filtration rate(GFR), the urine microalbumin ( MALB), α1-microglobulin ( α1-MG ), urine N-acetyl-beta-D-amidogen glucosamindase ( NAG ) and the kidney ultrastructure were observed. Results :The results showed CMP-2b could significantly decrease the ratio of kidney weight to body weight and GFR, reduce the level of urine MALB, α1-MG and NAG, and improve the pathological change of kidney in DN rats. Conclusion:CMP-2b has the therapeutic effects on early DN in rats.
