摘要
目的:研究广西匙羹藤茎降血糖活性部位。方法:利用系统溶剂分离法,提取分离广西匙羹藤茎,采用紫外光谱法和薄层色谱法对各部分的提取物进行理化鉴别,并观察提取物各部分对四氧嘧啶小鼠模型血糖值的影响。结果:光谱扫描图和TLC鉴别均表明,匙羹藤茎正丁醇和95%乙醇提取物的吸收峰与斑点相似,提示两者主要成分有可能相同;药理实验结果表明,匙羹藤茎正丁醇和95%乙醇提取物能够显著降低四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠血糖值。结论:匙羹藤茎正丁醇和95%乙醇提取物对四氧嘧啶性糖尿病小鼠有明显的降血糖作用。
Objective:To study the hypoglycemic active fraction of the stems of Gymnema sylvestre (Retz.)Schuh. Methods: The chemical constituens of the stems of Gyrnnema sylvestre ( Retz. ) Schult were extracted and isolated by systematic solvents. The extracts were identified by UV and. TLC. Fasted blood sugar in mice was measured by glucoseoxidase. Results: UV spectral digram and TLC identification found that n-butanol and 95 % ethanolic extracts of stems had similar absorption peaks and spots, It suggested the similar chemical constituents in them. Phamacological studies found that n-butanol and 95 % ethanolic extracts of stems could significantly decrease fasted blood sugar in alloxaninduced diabetic mice. Conclusion: n-Butanol and 95 % ethanolic extracts of stems have obvious hypoglycemic effect in alloxan-induced diabetic mice.
