摘要
目的：评价地塞米松是否增加恩丹西酮的止吐疗效。方法：采用随机分组自身对照方法，比较恩丹西酮联合地塞米松与单药恩丹西酮的疗效。４５例化疗患者，顺铂剂量为８０ｍｇ／ｍ２，在第１～３ｄ内给药，均完成两个周期化疗，两组治疗结果显著性检验采用χ２检验。结果：恩丹西酮联合地塞米松组第１ｄ对呕吐、恶心有效率为９７．８％（４４／４５）、９３．３％（４２／４５）；单药恩丹西酮第１ｄ对呕吐、恶心有效率为８２．２％（３７／４５）、７３．３％（３３／４５），两组差异有显著性。第２、３ｄ，４、５ｄ两组疗效比较，差异亦有显著性。结论：恩丹西酮联合地塞米松比单药恩丹西酮预防含顺铂化疗引起的呕吐、恶心疗效更好，且对顺铂的延迟呕吐反应亦有较好疗效。
Objective:To evaluate the prophylactic effect of ondansetron(OND) alone(group 1) and OND plus dexamethasone(DEX)(group 2) on nausea and vomiting induced by cisplatin.Methods:45 patients were treated with cisplatin,in dose of 80 mg/m 2 IV drip 1 to 3 days,for 2 courses.The frequency of nausea and vomiting was compared between the 2 groups. χ 2 test was used to evaluate the difference between the 2 groups.Results:Complete or marked protection from emesis/nausea on 1st day was obtained in 44/45 patients(97.8%) and 42/45 pationts(93.3%) with OND plus DEX,whereas in 37/45 patients(82.2%) and 33/45 patients(73.3%) with OND alone( P <0.01/<0.05).The differences were also significant on 2,3,5th d between the 2 groups.Conclusions:OND plus DEX is more effective than OND alone in protecting patients from cisplatin induced emesis and nausea,and controlling delayed emesis.
