摘要
开发了一套高稳定高集成度的半导体激光光源驱动系统。该系统根据PID反馈控制原理,实现了半导体激光器驱动电流和温度的精密控制,其温度控制精度达±0.03℃,激光输出功率稳定度达±0.002 dB。系统以ADμC812数据采集系统芯片为核心,集成度高,开发调试方便,输出范围连续可调,可广泛应用于各项试验研究过程中。
A high stability and highly-integrated laser diode light source diver system was developed. According to the PID feedback control theory, it realizes precise control of the current and temperature of the laser diode. The precision of temperature control reaches -±0.03 ℃, and the stability of laser output reaches ±0. 002 dB. Based on ADμC812, the system is highly integrated and easy to develop, and the output range is continuously adjustable. It has been used in many researches.
