摘要
物流环节的专业化作业流程是物流企业的核心业务或核心服务内容,整合优化作业流,进行作业流程再造是提升物流企业核心竞争力的重要途径。在分析物流企业的概念与内涵,介绍物流企业基本运作流程,分块剖析物流企业的基本作业流程的基础上,根据每个作业流程的触发因素,相对应的执行人员与流程进行时所必须使用到的机器、设备及作业流程之间的衔接,流程执行完毕所引发后续的流程等,从订单处理、拣货、出货、配送、补货、盘点等环节提出物流企业作业流程再造思路。
Specialized business process is an essential part of the core business and service for logistics enterprises.Therefore,integrating,optimizing and reengineering business process is a necessary step to enhance the core competitiveness of a logistics enterprise.Business Process Reengineering(BPR) should be designed with an understanding of the nature of logistics enterprise and the different links in the BPR chain.BPR improvement should be approached from such elements as the agents,the equipment,the key processes and the follow-up processes,etc;meanwhile,order-taking,goods preparation,transportation,distribution,goods supplement and inventory checking should be taken into consideration.
