论述了酒店“员工第一”与“顾客第一”的关系,分析了如何实现“员工第一”与“顾客第一”的统一,指出只有将两者统一起来,才能实现酒店业的健康和可持续发展。
This paper discusses on the relationship between staff first and consumer first , analyzes on how to realize the unification of "staff first" and "consumer first", and points out that the healthy and sustainable development of the hospitality industry can be realized only through unifying the "staff first" and "consumer first".
