摘要
基于在5 mmol/L磷酸介质中,草酸根对钒(V)催化溴酸钾氧化靛蓝胭脂红褪色反应的抑制作用,建立了一种阻抑动力学光度法测定微量草酸根的新方法。在28℃时,固定反应12 min,线性范围和检出限分别为0~8.8μg/mL和0.16μg/mL。大多数常见离子及有机酸无干扰。本法灵敏度和选择性较高,用于菠菜和草莓中微量草酸根的测定,结果满意。
A kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace oxalate was established,based on its inhibitory effect on the catalytic oxidation of indigo carmine with potassium bromate in the presence of V(V) in 5 mmol/L H3PO4 media.At 28 ℃ and fixed time of 12 min,the linear range and detection limit for the determination of C2O4^2- was 0.2~8.8 μg/mL and 0.2 μg/mL,respectively.Most of the common ions and organic acids did not interference.The method was selective and sensitive,and was applied to the determination of oxalate in spinach and strawberry with satisfactory results.
