摘要
变形设计是指对图形或立体进行变形后再进行设计的方法。在对参数化与产品系列化设计之间关系进行分析研究的基础上,结合产品几何特征的继承关系,在Pro/E环境下,利用"自上而下"设计(Top-Down Design)方法,形成了变形设计、参数化与特征继承关系相结合的产品系列化设计方法,即主控零件法。该方法主要针对一些外形不能完全参数化的、非规则的工业产品的系列化设计而提出的,它不但支持并行工程及工作组之间的协同设计和相关设计,而且可大大缩短产品的开发周期,快速更新产品,以满足瞬息万变的市场需求。
Reshaping design is a method about the graphics or solid being reshaped and then being designed. In this discussion the relationship between parameterization and design method of the serialization of products is analyzed and researched adequately. Take the inheritance relationship of geometry characteristics of products into consideration , a new design method of the serialization of products which combined with reshaping design, parameterization and relationship of inherited feature is provided by using a method of top - down design under the Pro/E environment. That is master - parts method. The method is mainly aimed at the serialization design of industrial products which shape is irregular or cant be parametrized completely. It not only supports Concurrent Engineering (CE) and collaborative design and correlation design among workgroups, but also shortens the product develpoing cycles greatly and update product fleetly in order to meet mutative requirement of market.
