摘要
农业高新技术企业对增加农民收入,促进农业可持续发展有着重要作用。本文对农业高新技术企业进行了界定,总结了特点,分析了面临的问题,并从政府政策支持、资金投入、创新能力和人才机制等角度提出了发展我国农业高新技术企业的对策和建议。
It＇s very important of agriculture high-tech enterprise to increase the farmer＇s income, to promote agriculture sustainable development. The paper describes the conception and summarizes characteristics of agriculture high-tech enterprise. The main issues on agricultural hi-tech development were analyzed. For the promotion of agriculture high-tech enterprise, a series of countermeasures including policy support of government, fund investment innovation ability and humanization were suggested.
