摘要
在市场经济逐渐成熟的今天,越来越多的人开始关注餐饮业。社会经济水平的提高带来了餐饮业的迅猛发展,但也带来了更多的竞争和压力。目前国内餐饮企业存在的一些问题,必须有相应的方法和措施来解决,以使餐饮企业能走上健康的发展之路。
Nowadays the economy market is becoming mature and more and more people show their concerns about catering enterprises. Social economic development has brought about rapid growth of catering industries, competition and pressure as well. Studies and analysis of the management process and exploration into the problems existing in modern catering measures, which are supposed to provide for catering business have hopefully contributed to solutions and industries with references.
