摘要
观察大鼠脑缺血后大脑皮层、下丘脑、纹状体中精氨酸加压素(AVP)含量的动态变化,探讨AVP在缺血性脑损伤中的作用。方法应用四血管结扎大鼠全脑缺血模型,放射免疫分析法检测脑缺血后6个时点3个脑区中AVP的含量。结果3个脑区中AVP的含量随着缺血时间的延长而呈逐渐升高的趋势。结论AVP参与脑缺血的病理生理过程且在缺血性脑损伤中起重要的作用。
Objective\ To observe the dynamic changes of the arginine vasopressin(AVP) contents in cortex,hypothalamus and striatum during cerebral ischemia and to elucidate the significance of these changes in the pathophysiological process of cerebral ischemia.\ Methods\ On the four vessel occlusion model in the rat,the AVP contents in the three brain regions on six time points during cerebral ischemia were determined by radioimminoassay.\ Results\ The AVP contents increased gradually in the three brain regions during cerebral ischemia.\ Conclusion\ AVP participates in the pathophysiological process of cerebral ischemia and plays an important role in the ischemic brain lesion.
