摘要
采用陶瓷膜技术过滤粗葛根素溶液,渗透通量为200350L·h^-1·m^-2。采用GH4040型超滤膜处理微滤渗透液,在37℃和1.50MPa下超滤渗透通量可以达到13.02L·h^-1·m^-2,葛根素的截留率约为87%。采用膜技术分离纯化葛根素具有良好的发展前景。
It is founded that the permeate flux of MF is 200~350 L ·h^-1·m^-2. The GH4040 organic ultrafiltration membrane is used to concentrate the permeate of MF. The results indicate that the permeate flux of UF is 13.02 L ·h^-1·m^-2 at 37 ℃, 1.5 MPa and the rejection of puerarin is 87 %. It can be concluded that it is promising to concentrate puerarin by membrane separation technology.
