摘要
通过^(60)Co诱变产酯酶(Esterase,EC3.1.1.1)裂褶菌(Schizophyllum commune)ZM37.8,获得稳定的正突变高产菌株E1。研究了E1菌株发酵生产酯酶的培养基组成及发酵条件优化,培养基组成为蔗糖2%,NH_4Cl 0.5%,K_2HPO_4 0.1%,MgSO_4·7H_2O 0.05%, FeSO_4·7H_2O 0.001%,NaCl0.1%;最佳发酵条件为32℃,pH值为6.3,装液量50 mL/250 mL,160 r/min培养48h,裂褶菌E1菌株的酶活提高到87.56U/mL。
A Schizophyllum common strain named El, with high-esterase-production ability, was achieved by ^60Co mutation from wild type strain ZM 37.8. The cultivation medium and fermentation conditions of strain E 1 were optimized to produce e sterase with an activity of 87.56 U/ml.
