摘要 采用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法,对黄鳝(Monopterus albus)肌肉、心脏、脑、肾脏、卵巢、脾脏及肝脏等七种组织的乳酸脱氢酶(Lactata dehydrogenase,LDH)及酯酶(Esterase,ES)进行了研究,分析并讨论了二种同工酶的遗传基础、组织分布及活性差异。 By using vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis,two isoenzymes (Lactate de-hydrogenase and Esterase)of 7 tissues(muscle,heart,brain ,ovary,kidney,spleen and liver)in Monopterus albus are studied. Also,the number of loci involved,the allelic variants ,tissue distribution, subunit structure and activity difference of two isozymes have been analysed and discussed in this paper.
