摘要
我国目前的“等级制”导游激励模式存在诸多缺陷,推行“小费制”却又水土不服。单一的模式已很难实现对导游进行有效激励,本文运用系统思维,创新了传统的激励模式——创设了导游激励体系,以提高导游激励效率,提高导游服务质量。
There are some shortcomings in the "grade system" to encourage tourist guide to improve their work. And the "tip system" has been proved inapplicable. The unitary mode is very difficult to stimulate the cicerones effectively. The paper creates a new cicerones stimulation system in order to improve the service quality of cicerones.
