分析了图书馆"目中无人"的倾向,指出,图书馆的工作实践和理论研究应当坚持科学精神与人文精神相统一、知识管理与读者服务相统一、"对读者的研究"与"为读者的研究"相统一,促进信息功能与教育功能全面平衡发展。
