摘要 近似等速比传动机构的设计理论是机构设计理论中的重要分支之一,数学分析表明,若两个基本机构所对应的组合机构的位移函数在同一时刻的一阶导数等于常数,二阶和三阶导数在对应时刻等于零,则该组合机构具有近似等速比传动特征。此原理开创了近似等速比传动机构设计的新方法。为此,设计了一种基于转动导杆的齿轮机构与正弦机构组合的近似等速比机构,研究了它的传动特征。该机构结构简单、设计容易,传动角大。 Theory of design for the transmission mechanism with approximate constant speed ratio is one of the important branches in the theory of mechanism design. Mathematical analysis showed that if the first ordered derivative of the displacement function of the combination mechanism, which corresponds to two basic mechanisms, equals to a constant at the same time and the second and third ordered derivatives equal to zero at the corresponding time, thus the mechanism will possess a transmission characteristic of approximate constant speed ratio. This principle initiated a new method on the mechanism design of approximate constant speed ratio transmission. For this reason a kind of approximate constant speed ratio mechanism has been designed with the combination of rotary guiding-rod based gear mechanism and sinusoid mechanism, and its transmission characteristics have been studied. This mechanism has a simple structure, a big transmission angle and easiness in design.
