摘要 目的:了解北京市海淀区10大类食品的污染情况,为指导市民合理消费提供依据。方法:对海淀区主要农贸市场和超市的10类食品中铅、镉等26项指标进行分析。结果:本区重金属污染主要是猪肾和食用菌中的镉污染,超标率分别为90%和46.7%;本次监测的20份熟肉制品中,6种色素均未检出,但防腐剂超标率达30%,其它项目的监测结果均低于国家限量标准。结论:除了猪肾和食用菌中镉外,本区其他食品中污染并不严重。 Objictive:To understand 10 pollution circumstance of the big foods in Haidian District of Beijing so as to guide people how to choose food. Methods:Analyze Pb,Cd etc 26 indexes in 10 types of foods in Haidian District main agriculture markets and supermarkets. Results:The pollution of heavy metals mainly was Cd in pig kidney and edible germ. The supermarkets accounted for 90% and 46. 7%. Six kinds of dyes in 20 familiar meat all didn't check, but the supermarket rate of antiseptic reached 30%. The monitor result of other items was all low in the national capacity standard. Conclusion: In addition to Cd in the pig kidney and the antiseptic, other foods in this area are not seriously polluted.
