通过分析2009年第24届大学生冬季运动会在哈尔滨市举办为黑龙江省冰雪旅游业的发展带来的难得机遇和深远的社会、经济、文化等方面的影响,讨论了黑龙江省实施大冬会冰雪旅游战略存在的主要问题,并对黑龙江省冰雪旅游业抓住大冬会机遇获取最佳的经济、社会与文化效益,进一步实施大冬会黑龙江省冰雪旅游战略进行了对策探索。
The article analyzes that the world university winter games is a uncommon opportunity and has farreaching influence for developing Heilongjiang ice - snow tourism. It discusses these problem in current stratagem for developing Heilongjiang ice - snow tourism during the games. It makes some countermeasures and suggestions for getting some optimal benefits in economy, society and culture.
