摘要
本文报告海拔3，658m、4，000m两地世居藏族与移居汉族成人心电图469帧，检出非曲型不完全性右束支传导阻滞症57例，其主要心电图表现为V1、V3R的R波或S波出现切迹、粗钝；或V1、V3R的QRS波群呈M、W、V型。简要阐述其特点及临床意义。
57 cases of atypical imcomplete right bundle branch block were detected from 469electrocardiograms of native Tibetan and Han migrator adult, who lived at 3658m and 4000m above sea level.The main electrocardiographic expression is that the R or S wave of V1,V3R. appeared notch,blunt or QRS complex of V1,V3R. appeared M. W. V. form.The characteristics and clinlcal significance were expounded briefly in this article.
