摘要
目的:建立羚羊感冒片中牛蒡苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为KF-C18(4．6mm×250mm);流动相为乙腈-水(25:75);检测波长为280nm。结果:牛蒡苷在0．8～1．6μg范围内线性良好。加样回收率为99．93％,RSD％为0．23％(n=5)．结论:方法简便,可行,重现性良好,结果准确,可加强羚羊感冒片的质量控制。
Objective：To establish a detemaination method of Arctiin in Lingyang Ganmao Tablets.Methods：The content of Arctiin was determined by HPLC.With acetonitrile-water（ 25： 75）as mobile phase, detection wavelength at 280nm. Results ：The linear range was between 0.8- 1.6μg of Arctiin.The mean recovery was 99.93 %, RSD% = 0.23% （n= 5）.Conclusion：The method is simple, accurate and reliable and can be used for quality control of Lingyang Ganmao Tabets.
