摘要
研究了稳定剂和复合配体共存的条件下,在PVC塑料上快速化学沉积Ni-P合金的工艺,讨论了镀液主要成分对镀层的影响,并通过SEM和EDS对镀层的表面形貌和组成进行了分析.结果表明,最佳工艺所得镀层结合强度较好,表面光亮、致密.镀层原子百分浓度组成为:Ni 56.37%,P 26.79%,O 11.28%,C 5.56%.
The technology of quick preparing electroless Ni-P coating on PVC plastic was studied. The bath composition and other addictives such as stabilizer and polynary-ligand which affected the coat performance were studied respectively. By means of SEM and EDS, the morphology and composition of the coating were analyzed. It is show that the coating with high density were well adhered and presented a metallic shine. And the constitution of the coating is Ni 56.37% ,P 26.79% ,O 11.28% ,C 5.56%.
