摘要
社会发展需要高素质的戏曲艺术人才,也是戏曲艺术教育人才培养的目标定位。新时代戏曲专业的教师不仅要以传道、授业、解惑的教学理念为基础,同时还要认清自己岗位职责的紧迫性、艰巨性。
The developing society needs more drama talents which also is the purpose of training qualified persons on drama. At the new age, the teachers majored in drama not only need to base the theoryies that take a teacher to transmit wisdom, impart knowledge and solve doubts but also realize how emergent and difficult the post is.
