摘要
给出二阶流体在内管做轴向往复运动的偏心环空中非定常流的控制方程及瞬时流量计算公式;在用有限体积法数值求解控制方程的基础上,用瞬时流量计算公式对可视为二阶流体的HPAM水溶液在内管做轴向往复运动的偏心环空中非定常流的流量做数值计算,绘制了流量分布曲线;分析内管冲程、冲次和环空偏心度对流量分布的影响,并与幂律流体和Newton流体的流量分布进行了对比.结果表明:内管冲程、冲次和环空偏心度对二阶流体的瞬时流量分布曲线影响明显;在相同内管冲程、冲次和环空偏心度下,二阶流体、幂律流体和Newton流体的流量分布曲线差别明显.
The governing equation of the unsteady flow of second order fluid in eccentric annulus with the inner cylinder reciprocating axially under bipolar coordinate system and the expression of instantaneous flow rate were introduced in this paper. On the basis of numerically solving the governing equation by the finite volume method, the instantaneous flow rate of the non-steady flow of HPAM aqueous solution, which can be considered as the second-order fluid, in eccentric annulus with the inner cylinder reciprocating axially, was numerically calculated, using the expression of instantaneous flow rate. The curves of instantaneous flow rate distribution were plotted; the influences of the stroke and the frequency of the inner cylinder and the influence of the eccentricity of annulus on the instantaneous flow rate distribution were analyzed; the flow rate distribution of second-order fluid was compared with that of Newtonian fluid and power-law fluid. The results showed: the influences of the stroke and the frequency of the inner cylinder and the eccentricity of the annulus on the instantaneous flow rate distribution were obvious; under the condition of the same stroke, frequency and eccentricity, the differences of the instantaneous flow rate distribution among second order fluid, power law fluid and Newton fluid were obvious.
