摘要
建立了双极坐标系下幂律流体在内管做轴向往复运动的偏心环空中非定常流的控制方程、初始条件和边界条件方程,以及瞬时流量计算公式.介绍了幂律流体在内管做轴向往复运动的偏心环空中非定常流的瞬时流量分布的数值计算方法.以部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)水溶液为例,对这种流量分布进行了数值计算,绘制了瞬时流量分布曲线.分析结果表明,环空偏心距、内管冲程是影响瞬时流量分布的主要因素.
We have established the governing equations, initial and boundary condition equations, and instantaneous flow rate formula of unsteady flow of the power law fluid in eccentric annuli with the inner cylinder reciprocating axially in bipolar coordinate system in this paper, and introduced, on the basis of these equations and formulas, a numerical method of calculating the instantaneous flow rate distribution of the unsteady flow of the power law fluid in eccentric annuli with the inner cylinder reciprocating axially. As to the aqueous solution of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamides(HPAM), the instantaneous flow rate distribution is calculated, and the distribution curves are plotted. Analyses indicate that the eccentricity and stroke of the inner cylinder are the main factors that affect the instantaneous flow rate distribution.
