WO_3基汽油敏感元件的研制

摘要 在三氧化钨粉体材料中加入一定质量比的添加剂,以恒温6000℃烧结1小时制成旁热式厚膜汽油气体敏感元件。采用静态电压测量法,研究了元件的加热电压与元件灵敏度的关系以及添加剂对元件的气敏特性的影响。实验结果表明:WO3基汽油敏感元件掺入质量分数为0.5%的Pt,Pd在加热功率为200mW下能提高元件的灵敏度2倍。 The heating type thick film gasoline sensitive sensor was obtained by mixing additive into WO2-based and heating for one hour at stable 6000℃. Rased on the steady voltage measure method, the relationship between the tepefection power and the sensitivity of sensor, the effect of additive on the sensitive character for different additives had been studied. The experiment results have shown: the sensitivities of WO3 -base gasoline sensitive sensor have been improved doubleness by doping 0.5% mass fraction Pt end Pd with the tepefaction power at 200mW.
