摘要
通过NMR(1H,13C,DEPT,1H1-H COSY,HSQC,HMBC)及MS测试,对猪去氧胆酸的结构进行了详细地表征。对其H和C进行了完全地归属,并根据MS的相关碎片峰,提出了其可能的裂解途径机理。通过波谱学研究,使得猪去氧胆酸的结构确证更加地完整详尽。
In virtue of the technology of NMR (^1H, ^13C, DEPT, ^1H-^1H COSY, HSQC, HMBC) and MS, the structure of hyodeoxycholic acid prepared was identified. C and H of it were elucidated in detail and possible cleavage pathway was brought forward according to the main MS fragment ions. By means of spectroscopic studies, the structure of hyodeoxycholic acid was confirmed integrally and detailedly.
