五轴线切割机回转台及控制卡的研究与实现

摘要 介绍了五轴金刚石铣刀线切割机的特点和总体设计思想。根据金刚石木工铣刀的加工特点,设计了专用数控分度回转台对加工刀具进行分度。同时还开发了控制回转台分度的运动控制卡,包括硬件和软件模块的实现。通过将做好的控制卡与PC机及回转台连接,并对应用程序进行调试,结果满足分度精度要求。 In this paper, the characteristic and total design ideal of five-axis rWEDM machine for PCD milling cutters were introduced. According to machining characteristic of PCD woodworking milling cutters, special NC dividing rotating table was designed for division to machining cutters. At the same time, motion control card of controlling rotating table was developed, including implementation of hardware and software modules. While control card connected with computer and revolving platform, then application program was debugged, and the result can meet the demand of the dividing precision.
