摘要
高职院校产学合作的动力分为三类:来自国家的宏观动力;来自市场竞争的中观动力;来自高职院校内部的微观动力。微观动力是高职院校产学的主动力,中观动力是次动力,宏观动力是助动力,主动力、次动力、助动力三种分力相互作用形成合力,构成了高职院校产学合作的动力机制。
The motivity of "Integration of Industry, Study and Research" in Vocational Institutes is classified into three kinds: Microdynamics, which is main motivity from the nation; Interdynamics, which is the second motivity from the market competition; Macrodynamics, which is the aidant motivity from the vocational institutes. They formed the combined forces and the motivative mechanism of "Integration of Industry, Study and Research" in vocational institutes.
