摘要
从土地利用图件的特征出发,提出了一套具有实用价值的矢量化流程,并对线状目标半自动提取和边界一致性轮廓优化等关键技术进行探讨,提出了基于方向估计的变向骨架跟踪算法,快速有效地实现了线状目标的半自动提取;同时提出了一种基于三色点的边界一致性轮廓优化策略,有效地解决了图斑共用边界的同一化问题.实验结果表明,算法完全满足土地利用基础图件的实用要求,具有一定的理论意义和实用价值.
Vectorization of land-use basic map is one of the most important parts of automatic land resource information management, this article presents a valuable vectorization flow diagram based on characters of land-use map. Moreover, key techniques such as semiautomatic linear objects extraction method and consistent contour optimization algorithm are discussed. A new algorithm of direction changed tracing method for linear objects skeleton based on direction estimate is introduced, which can realize the semiautomatic extraction of linear objects. A consistent contour optimization algorithm based on three-colour points is also presented, it efficiently resolves the mutual contour line unification problem of conterminous plots. The experiment result demonstrates that the algorithms perform well.
