摘要
土地利用数据库的建设对于提高土地利用现状及更新数据的准确性、及时性,加快实现国土资源信息化规范化、科学化具有重要意义.本文以内蒙古包头市固阳县为例,对1991年内蒙古包头市固阳县土地利用图件进行矢量化与修改,完成土地利用数字地图的制作,并在MapGIS土地利用数据库管理系统平台上,建立相应土地利用现状数据库.文中对建库过程中遇到的拓扑、图幅接边以及数据入库等问题进行了重点阐述.
The construction of land-use database is very important and helpful in advancing the veracity and frequency of the actuality of land-use and updating data. It also makes the information of state land resources standardization and scientificalness. Taking example of Guyang country, Baotou city, Inner Mongolia, this paper probes into the technology and method to establish land use database on ArcGIS and MapGIS, and explains concretely from data collecting, vectorization to the accomplishment of land use digital line map, and on the plant of MapGIS land use database management system , we built land use database. This paper pays emphasized on topology building, border jointing and entering database of the data.
