摘要
冰雪体育教学是黑龙江省高校体育教育的重要组成部分,2009年哈尔滨大冬会给黑龙江省高校体育改革与发展带来了难得的机遇。从多方面论述了大冬会对发展黑龙江省高校冰雪体育教学的意义,并指出以大冬会为契机,充分利用大冬会的效应推动黑龙江省高校冰雪体育教学大发展的途径。
The ice - snow sports teaching is an important part of the physical education in the universities in Heilongjiang province. The 2009 Harbin world university winter games brings some opportunities for developing the physical education reform. This paper discusses the positive effect of the games on developing the physical education in universities in Heilongjiang province, with the chance of the games, and suggests some development approaches in taking full advantage of this games＇ domino effect.
