摘要 目的研究轮叶党参提取成分抗血小板凝集、抗氧化及清除自由基的作用。方法70%甲醇提取,分离成水相和正丁醇相,得到组份F1和F2。在分别加入F1和F2的条件下,按常规测定人血小板凝集率;在低密度脂蛋白的氧化反应体系中分别加入F1和F2,观察其抗氧化性;将F1和F2分别与一种稳定的自由基反应,观察其清除自由基的作用。结果与对照组比较,F1有明显的降低血小板凝集率的作用(P<0.01);F1和F2具有很强的抗氧化作用(P<0.01);F1具有显著的清除自由基作用。结论非水溶性组分F1具有显著的抗氧化和防止血栓形成的作用,而且其抗氧化作用可能通过清除自由基实现。F2也有相似的作用,但稍逊于F1的作用。 OBJECTIVE To study the biochemical effects of two fractions from Codonopsis lanceolata(CL) extractives. METHODS CL was extracted with 70% methanol and isolated into two layers: water layer and butanol layer, then got fraction 1 (F1 ) and fraction 2 ( F2 ) by freeze - drying. Human blood platelet aggregate rates were measured when F1 and F2 were added, respectively. Lipid peroxide (LPO) level was tested after F1 and F2 were added into the human low density lipoprotein oxidation reaction system, respectively. Free radical scavenging effect was tested when F1 and F2 reacted with a stable free radical reagent. RESULTS Compared with control group, F1 reduced platelet aggregate rates significantly(P 〈 0.01 ) ; F1 and F2 showed significant antioxidant effect, the level of LPO in the reaction system was much lower than control group when F1 or F2 were added into reaction system( P 〈 0. 01 ) ; F1 showed significant free radical scavenging effect. CONCLUSION F2 showed significant antioxidant effects and might proved the forming of thrombus, and the antioxidant effects resulted from free radical scavenging function. F2 showed similar effects but weaker than F1.
